Interim Act is an Employment Agency (Agenzia per il Lavoro) authorised by the Ministry of Labour, registered in Section I of the computerised Register of Employment Agencies under authorisation no. 0000299 of 24/06/2025. It is a member of the sector's bilateral bodies Forma.Temp and Ebitemp.

Free of charge for workers

In accordance with applicable law, the search and selection service is free of charge for candidates: no charge, fee or expense is borne by the worker at any stage.

We handle every application in accordance with the principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination on grounds of gender, age, orientation, personal beliefs, disability, ethnic or social origin, or personal or health conditions.

The handling of candidate and company data is described in the Candidate Privacy Notice and Client Privacy Notice.
